Mold infestation
I moved here in December and the apartment was not even ready. Over time mold started growing in my master bedroom and I started to get sick. I asked to be moved into a new unit but they still wanted me to pay for the unit I was in even though there was mold growing. They never looked for where it was coming from, they just cut a piece of the wall out. There's mold in between the walls and no one fixing it.

Don't move here
Just don't. The management is rude, nothing ever gets fixed unless you tell them your not going to pay rent or you call code enforcement. Constant leaks and roaches. They've made changes to the apartments and the staffing.. BUT, you can't get a cheetah to change its spots I guess. I could post so much more about the experience I've had with them. Hopefully you or someone you know doesn't move here.
