Our community does have a 24-hour emergency maintenance contact available for urgent issues, and we also have clear signage... posted throughout the property with office hours and contact information to ensure residents know how to reach us when needed.
Regarding fees, we strive to be transparent and outline all applicable charges within the lease agreement and supporting documents provided prior to move-in. These may include standard community-related services such as trash, pest control, and other amenities that support the upkeep of the property.
We understand how important accessibility and amenities are to our residents, and we take your comments seriously. We would appreciate the opportunity to speak with you directly to better understand your concerns and work toward a resolution.
