I been a resident of this complex for about 7 years now and ever since we have gotten new management it has gone down hill management is RUDE and does not want to help residents at all blames residents for all problems doesnt maintain the apartments properly and wont even clean the pool.. they sent an email out saying the pool was open and clean the pool was dirty,foggy, and overall not clean and they are letting children and people with their babies swim in this water. The only word I can say is AMAZING!! Shay was my leasing agent and she was extraordinary. She placed me in a unit that was perfect for me! I don't know how she knew that I am an introvert but she did. She made the process so EZ. My apartment was clean and great! I was skeptical of the whole process and the way the apartment would look because of the move in special. To my surprise it was great...clean, smell good, nothing was half way put together and also what you pay for is what you get... meaning, you pay for trash they actually come and pick it up from your doorstep. I've paid for trash at other apartments and I still had to take it to the dumpster myself! So many perks come for living in the Barcelona on Chisholm Trail that's wonderful! This place is in such a great location, two main hwys access and various stores and eateries. For the price point... I am in LOVE WITH THE BARCELONA ON CHISOLM TRAIL ..!!!

I would never reccomend these apartments to anyone. there is always trash everywhere outside, front desk is always rude, if you like to have roaches then this is the place for you. when we first moved in the apartment was not cleaned and the doors were broken. Theres a guy that loves blaring his music around 10:30-12 o'clock at night.

I would stay clear of this place.

The staff really impressed me when I came to tour! They were all super friendly and informed, they answered all my questions and followed up with me to make sure I didn't have additional questions! My apartment is beautiful and spacious, and my neighbors are awesome! I'm sure glad I moved in!
