His extensive experience in real estate transactions in the state of Texas is going on over 11 years. Tom’s primary role at True Guard is CEO, focusing on new client on-boarding and acquisition of new Real Estate assets in emerging markets. As of Q2 2024, Tom Lail and the Dallas/Fort Worth Group of TrueGuard.US manage over $350,000,000 in residential real estate assets. Having serviced over 20,000 maintenance requests, and sustained industry leading occupancy rates, Tom Lail and his team have been providing the DFW market a top tier management experience for nearly a decade. Studying financial markets and providing clients with monthly video content updates is a passion of Tom’s. Through real estate syndication, Tom’s investor network has access to pristine assets not otherwise available to the everyday investor.
