I’ve been living here for going on 4 years now, and I can honestly say I’ve had a really good experience. The property is always clean and well kept, and anytime I’ve needed maintenance, they’ve been prompt, professional, and helpful.

I especially want to shout out Monique! She has always been so kind, understanding, and helpful anytime I’ve needed anything. I’ve also had great experiences with Desiree and the rest of the leasing staff. Everyone is always welcoming and willing to help, which... definitely makes a difference when you’ve lived somewhere for several years.

I also really enjoy the amenities, especially the gym, which I use pretty frequently. The community does a good job of giving residents things to enjoy throughout the year too, whether it’s food trucks, the annual pool parties in July, or different contests and activities around the holidays. The school district is also a big plus. It’s ranked within the top 20 school districts in Texas.

There is not a better place in the DFW metroplex to live! We moved here a year ago after a difficult time at our previous apartments. Trinity Union was a game changer! The apartments are high end, well maintained, and have many amenities. The office staff is incredible and know their residents by name. Dez, Monique, Rheagan, and Carl are the best! They are friendly and go above and beyond to help their residents. Maintenance is fast, friendly, and helpful. The few times I've had to request... maintenance Juan showed up in less than 24 hours with a quick fix and a smile on his face. The community is well maintained and has very active residents. The entire team and community here at Trinity Union is amazing. Carl, Rhegan, Desiree, and Monique are the absolute best, and we couldn’t be happier living here. I’d give 10 stars if I could!

In 7 months of living here, we’ve never had any issues at all, and even if we did, I know the team would do everything they can to help.

Another bonus is all of the dogs. Very dog friendly here and there’s always a reason to smile :)

i have lived here for a few years and trust me when i say they will take care of you in the front office. Desiree and Monique always have time to listen to me.
