Good place to live in along with good amenities, people are cordial and helpful when it comes to fixing any issues. There is also security at the place.

Lived here for about 4 years and will be renewing our lease again for another year. The management is amazing-they know you by name and are quick to address any concerns. The maintenance men are legends & fixes everything within hours. It’s a great complex for the price & the location is super convenient being close to the DFW airport. Highly recommend, I love it here!

The front office is very friendly. It is a small community where everybody knows everyone and is treated with respect no matter what culture.

Older complex. No discounts for long term tenants. Laundry rooms on porch which saves inside space however the rooms are not insulated so pipes will freeze.
