I’ve been living at The Arbors of Euless for the past 6 months, and overall, it’s been a positive experience. The location is very convenient—close to Kroger, Planet Fitness, Walmart, and the neighborhood feels safe. The apartment itself is very spacious and very homely and I really appreciate features like the balcony, laundry area and etc. Maintenance usually responds quickly, and the office staff is generally helpful and professional.I would not hesitate to recommend The Arbors Of Euless to... prospective residents seeking a well-managed property!

Its is a quiet area and right next to a very nice walking trail. Unfortunatley I'm in an area where thier is a lot of smokers and I have kids so I have to walk thru a cloud of smoke to get to my upstairs apartment. Other than that the staff is great

Arbors of Euless Apartments is an average place to live with a few ups and downs. The location is convenient, with easy access to highways and nearby shopping centers. The rent is reasonable compared to other places in the area. However, maintenance response can be slow, and some units feel outdated. Noise levels vary depending on neighbors, and parking can sometimes be an issue, especially late in the evening. The staff is friendly but sometimes hard to reach or slow to follow up on concerns.... The pool and outdoor areas are decent but not always well maintained. Overall, it's not a bad choice if you're on a budget and looking for a basic apartment in Euless, but don’t expect luxury or fast service. There’s potential here, but management needs to step up in a few key areas.

Clean, friendly, top notch. Spacious rooms. With ceiling fans. Roomy nice size rooms. The lay out is ideal. Lots of storage space and cupboards.

Overall the neighbors are friendly and they will never bother you! This apartment is nice and it could be more affordable. The pool opens anytime unless there’s a storm or something else that might happen. The pool is nice and has a great view and the apartment is right next to Kroger and other shopping centers.
