I’ve been living here for some time now and I can honestly say this property is wonderful place to call home , the community is always clean , well kept and feels safe ,all bills included the staff is great professional and always willing to help , I do recommend .

Diana is great! She was very helpful with everything. I felt very safe here and my apartment was clean no bugs. I lived on the third floor and I enjoyed it.

Everything seemed to be fine during my arrival, when they mentioned that small insects could come out I didn't worry, because they said that fumigations were done. However, over time my recommendation is DO NOT RENT HERE, small cockroaches constantly come out anywhere possible, kitchen, living room, bathroom, cabinets EVERYWHERE. It was a nightmare to enter because you knew they could leave from anywhere. In addition, they always cut off the water for maintenance, you showered and the water was... boiling or sometimes very cold. You couldn't regulate it. They did maintenance and always left a mess or did not finish in the established time and entered whenever they wanted without consulting. The receptionists were friendly but this place was terrible.
