I've lived here for over 5 years and have had the best living experience. Management is on top of things, maintenance requests are taken care of Immediately.
Property always looking clean..

I had a terrible experience living in this apartment complex. Maintenance requests were often delayed for months if they were addressed at all. The office staff was rude and disrespectful, and reaching the managers by phone, email, or in person was nearly impossible. While the location is convenient, the common areas' lack of communication, security, and cleanliness overshadowed any positives.

Took a tour of the complex. They plaster new paint and call Them updated. Dead trees all around the complex with actually trash behind the units . It looks dirty and management is worse than the people they had before. Not worth it. Will it be renting here.

I agree with the person below me , they are very nice at first but once you move in they do not care about you. The management's is rude! And nothing ever gets fixed! They turn off the water without telling you, and the electricity is always being shut off as well for reconstruction proposes. People with pets never clean up after themselves and management can care less. And there always charging random fees. Don't Move here!

Horrible management and maintenance. Half jobs being done with everything. When something breaks down nothing gets fixed. Save yourself the fake kindly management at the leasing office. Once you move in they do not care about you.
