The management does not provide adequate advance notice of unsolicited persons entering your apartment. They put a slip on the door the day before. If residents wish to be home at the time of these persons entering your apartment, it doesn't allow enough notice to plan to be there. Advance notice would be great. Example: we will need to enter apartments during the week of ..... on the following days.
Also they threatened to have SOME residents cars towed with expired inspection stickers,... but not everyone -ESPECIALLY NOT RESIDENTS THAT ARE ALSO EMPLOYED BY THE COMPLEX.

Only problem is the gates.
We love living here. We're military and have 2 small children. It's quiet and close to everything! It only takes my husband 20 min to get all the way to east bliss. I love that we get a military discount! It's clean and never any problems. Maintenance always come within hours and staff is great! The only issue is the gates. It's a gated community but at least 1 gate if not more is always broken and left open. Even though there hasn't been crime I still would feel safer if the gates worked and... not just anyone could enter.
