Apartment complex is in desperate need of maintenance and repair, cost of rent is to high for what they offer you can easily rent a house in the area for much less. Their swamp coolers are old and not maintained, they tend smell up the apartments and don’t cool the apartments at all during the summer. My kids were constantly getting sick while we lived here, dr said it was likely due to mold in the ventilation.

Located 5 minutes from the airport, a bus terminal and the mall these apartments allow for comfort with the convenience of everyday living. Monterrey East Apartments are very spacious for a reasonable price. I find that these apartments to be safe for my child and the other neighborhood children as they play outside. Also, I travel out-of-town for work 15-20 days a month and always come back to my apartment with everything intact. Maintenance is good and the office staff is friendly. I love the... fact that the complex provides an extra storage space. The downfall with the extra storage is that you can only access it during business hours.
