Love it
I love living and renting here! I don’t understand the negative reviews. I find the apartment is located in an amazing and safe community. The complex is clean and well maintained. Management was attentive and have addressed my concerns diligently. They answered all of my questions and made it enjoyable to live here.

good property
My experience at LV was overall really positive. The community is quiet, the neighbors were friendly and respectful, and it felt comfortable living there. Management was responsive whenever I needed anything, and the location near the freeway made getting around easy. I’ve since moved out and everything wrapped up smoothly.

Nothing to complain about
I’ve been living at LUXX Verge for a little while now and it’s been a really solid experience. The apartment itself is clean, modern, and comfortable, but what I appreciate most is how reliable the management team is. They’re easy to reach, respond quickly, and actually follow through—which isn’t always the case at other places I’ve lived. The property is quiet and feels safe, and everything is kept in good shape. Overall, it’s been a great place to live.
