Amazing!!

Blue Flame is the best apartment ever. It has everything the amenities. Not only do they have excellent amenities, but the maintenance and landlord are very kind people. They give us accommodation for our needs, and I couldn’t find any better place than Blue Flame. Guaranteed!

Amazing Facilities! Excellent customer service!

This is an amazing restored building from 70's with 21st century tech-home features. The location is perfect: stores, restaurants, pools, streetcar, museums, theaters and other entertainment options right there. Don't hesitate to visit and get to know this awesome option to live in downtown area, Leti the manager will show you the facilities and let you know all the details about Blue Flame apartments - she is an amazing - and Mr. Martin will be always ready to help you out with any maintenance... details once you get here to live. Thank you!

New Tenant

Apartments are state of the art right in the middle of downtown El Paso Tx. In the historic Blue Flame High rise.Moving in process was handled very professionaly by the Winn Residential Management and staff. Blue Flame Rocks.
