The requirements for approval are: • A 575 minimum credit score,and no prior bankruptcies or repossessions in the last 10 years. • Clear background check with no prior felonies in the last 10 years. • Two landlords need to be provided to verify rental history,if applicable,and they cannot be relatives. • Employment verification for the last year of employment. To support the application,you may provide proof of financials by emailing us 3 check stubs and/or 3 bank statements. Tenant(s) are responsible for gas,water and electric.
