Edinburg place is, overall, a great property to live at, given the cost, amenities, and location near UTRGV. Maintenance is extremely responsive and typically responds to requests same or next day. Additionally, the management team on site is very kind and willing to work with you regarding any questions or issue that arise during your time. The units are also very spacious, and the appliances are very nice and very new (at least in my former unit)
That being said, the age of the building does... pose occasional issues, but the team at Edinburg place is willing to deal with any issues that result from the older age of the property. You just have to be willing to report the occasional issues as they arise! Additionally, I had a mild infestation upon move in, but the team at Edinburg place moved very swiftly to correct this problem and continued to check in with me regarding if I had seen any signs of a return.

Huge Roach infestation, no matter how much we fumagate, clean, or report to management, they blame it on us. Their method of extermination is a joke, and god forbid I want hire some to do it, as I'm not allowed.

My son and I moved in April 2022. Since then I give it 4/5 stars!! The price is great for a 2/2. Pool access was nice too. Maintenance crew is on point. Never had a roach problem. They sprayed every month. Staff is accessible, but not super friendly. Keep it business lol. When u pay rent take a pic if u drop off to have paper trail. Was looking for an apt for my family and I to start up and this apartment is perfectly remodeled, management is amazing , I feel heard and understood with the one issue with the door handle I had , that was fixed the same day .

Would rate it 0 if I had the chance.I am currently living here and it has been a nightmare. Neighbors are super loud and very inconsiderate towards other people that are trying to live quietly! They do really loud Karaoke by the pools really late at night on school days and also weekends and no one tells them anything. Management sends emails “to keep the noise down” but they don’t ACTUALLY do anything about it. My neighbors are extremely rude, they turn on their TVs and have them at high volume... until 5-6am.. our downstairs neighbor gets so drunk all the time and sings really loudly and smokes outside his door and all the smell comes into our unit. Smoking is (apparently) not allowed outside the units rather, they have designated areas and again, management comes to check his unit every month and don’t tell him anything. not only that, there is a big ROACH infestation. It is so gross. We told the maintenance person that deals with the “extermination” and they did a tiny spray on the kitchen and left in a hurry.. and I am now dealing with AC issues.. I also wanted to add that I haven’t stopped getting sick and having horrible allergies since coming here..I am so tired of living here and I’m very tired of all the noise.
