Got approved for a two bedroom. Then the leasing people tell me something wrong with the piping in the wall. I ended up losing sing my voucher waiting on the apartment.

My boyfriend and I have lived here for 2 years and are ready to leave. To be fair, they are trying to make it better and keep it clean, but location counts for a lot.
We have been asked by random neighbors for money, and his truck was broken into and his radio stolen. They have cameras attached to the main office building, but they do not have them on all sides so there was no footage for the cops when they arrived.
We have also caught people trying to steal our laundry. They have since handed... out keys to residents to try to keep this from happening again, but not everybody locks the door behind them.
As for maintenance, they are trying to get everything fixed and up to code, which has resulted in many inspections while we were not home. They are usually prompt about fixing small things, but in my opinion, the apartments should probably be demolished and rebuilt. Our patio was falling apart when we moved in and it took them over 6 months to fix it. We couldn't walk out there without worrying if it was going to collapse on our downstairs neighbor while he was also on his patio. You could literally see it buckle under your step with all the cracks in the concrete. The same thing is happening to the outside walk way just to try to get into our apartment. They have not fixed this yet and the carpet in our bedroom is loose which makes me think the same cracking and crumbling is happening in there too.

Well, living at any place has been somewhat of a nightmare on repairs. The maintenance are working everyday to keep the place clean and to improve it. The issue with this is they always start a project and stop halfway. Leaving buildings unfinished on outside painting. When I reported my balcony was caving in, it took 6 months before they did something about it. The downstairs neighbor and I had to complain almost everyday before they finally started.
