Had great potential.
Moved here in august 2020, Grant and his team were outstanding. Seemed too good to be true....new ownership who have clearly never owned a complex before had ruined this community.

Under new ownership and poor build
New management isn't very helpful. They told us rent would go up a little going month to month. First invoice, rent more than doubled. Concrete floors are sealed to look like a construction site. Several doors don't close due to building. They were attempted to be fixed be still stick shut.

Clearly there was a typo, as we have not increased rents. We do charge a slight... convenience fee for the opportunity to vacate within a 60 day notice.

I love living here! Its been a great place for me and my sweet dog. From the move in procedure to maintenance requests, Ive never received anything but incredibly kind and professional service from the team here! If you need a spot in Drip, come be our neighbor!

A GREAT place for the handicapped. Although there are only two handicapped apartments. There are large enough spaces between island and in bathroom for a wheelchair or walker to fit, yet it is small enough that you have something to grab on to to keep you from falling. Handicapped parking is right up front of the apartment. There are ramps all over so you do not have to step up if you are still ambulatory, and rails to help you step down, and up, in the swimming pool.
