The staff is so kind and they really try to help you anyway they can. They make the process of moving in effortless. The community is always kept clean. All of the apartments are updated and priced accurately. It is very quit for an apartment community. They do tow so it for sure keep the unknown traffic out. The location is perfect!! You are literally 5 mins away from everything. Maintience is fast. I could not ask for a more awesome place to live and I always will refer people to The Roxton... Apartments.

I have been living here two years now and I just LOVE IT!! my neighbors are wonderful and help keep an eye out for any suspicious activity that may happen. Management has made me feel right at home & safe as they rushed to my apartment when I had an issue! Wonderful place to live ??

to live here is and wonderful experience nice court yard, splash pad for children nice and clean area for down home BBQ's it's like on other place here in Denton Texas .The management is great staff all time with a smile on their face willing to help. if you have plants all the sun shine they need property is always clean from any trash. just a wonderful place to live if you are new to the city of Denton Texas.

The office staff are rude and arrogant. My first night here my car got towed because the office staff forgot to give me my parking sticker. They are always hassling me to sign more and more papers and raise my rent. When you bring your concerns to the office they get rude and yell at you even if you have your kid with me. They screamed at me before with my five year old right there. The place is infested with bugs, They always say they will spray and never do, I had to do it myself. This place... is not worth the hassle that you will have to go through.
