I would not recommend Pecan Creek on McKinney apartments. They have struggled to keep up with maintenance, pool care and all around quality of living.

This community is close to shops and in a convenient area. There are lots of trees which is a blessing. The office staff is very friendly.

The Apartnent community has gone down,
Hill somewhat . I can remember when we first moved here the community was nice.
Never really had the problem we have now.
But overalll the community is just ok

It was going well until I started having to go to the post office to pick up my mail and when maintenance comes to put in new appliances and leave the old appliances and box in the breezeway for more than a week with kids running around.
