I've lived at Mack Park for several years and have loved my time here. The leasing staff and management are incredibly nice and accommodating; and the apartments are reasonably priced. I live in the Cardinal and it's super spacious. Would recommend living here to everyone. :-)

First, let me say the photos they post online are not...I repeat...are not accurate!
First week in this apartment, fleas infestation!
From there the rats made their way into the apartment and made their permanent residence.
Birds got trapped in the chimney.
The floors looked like someone did a total engine repair in the middle of the floor.
The smoke and odd smells from the neighbors came through the apartment vents.
All clothes in the closet virtually could not be worn, the smoke smell... was too much!
If you are ok with overpriced rent for a place like this...go right ahead and sign the lease agreement.

Worst apartments I have ever stayed at!!! Management is disrespectful and do not care about one’s problems. Maintenance can never finish the job or do the job right the first time. If you like your peace and sanity I say do yourself a favor and don’t move here.
