I have lived here almost 2 years now with my boyfriend and my cat and it has been perfect. The staff are amazing, they like to host cute events. It is also close to the college I go to and right next to a beautiful park. I surprisingly also love that it is next to the highway because I can get anywhere I need to very fast. Overall great location and great place to live.

If you want to deal with the hot water always random going off without any warning and bugs then this is right place for you.

Sure it's cheap I guess, but it really is not worth the hassle whatsoever. This is coming from someone who has lived her for 3 years.

Holly Hills is a quite community that is one of the most affordable places to live in Denton. I moved during the summer and the apartment staff were happy to help get all paperwork and walkthroughs done safely. The apartment is large enough for both my boyfriend and I to work from home and not be in ‘hearing’ space of each other, which is an added plus. Any maintenance problems that we had, even a weekend emergency call, have been handled quickly.

My husband and I have loved living here. The women in the office are so friendly and helpful and made the move in process so easy. If we ever have a problem with anything, they are quick to fix it and they communicate to make sure we know what's going on. (I.e. no inconvenient, surprise visits because they want us to feel comfortable.) The location is also a huge plus, since it's so close to Southlakes Park and 35. We are so happy to have found this place!
