Used to quite like it; mostly because they left well enough alone and did the minimum expected. They have slowly become more frustrating as small increases in charges or threats to charge everyone if certain individuals didn't follow certain guidelines slowly appeared. This, in addition to multiple issues involving mold and leaks in the bathroom, somewhat soured my initial positive feeling toward the complex; but it's an old building so I can understand to a degree.
Now however, they are... forcing tenants to abandon their personal internet plans upon lease renewal and eat up an additional charge to go on a plan managed by a third party regardless if you need it or if it's more expensive than what you already have. This is inconvenient, an increased security risk, and removes more direct control over your personal internet.
The fact that this is not optional raises concerns about future decisions that may be made. I am not hopeful.

Awesome team and clean property
This property is very well maintained and has a really great team. I lived here years ago and it looks like they have kept it in great condition.
