The middle bedroom has a “normal” closet, with lots of space to hang clothes. There are an additional large shelved closet and coat/vacuum closet in the hallway. I added an extra cabinet above the toilet in each bathroom, plus under-sink storage.
• Quiet: This is a top (3rd) floor unit, so you don’t have neighbors above you making noise, and it is an end unit, so it only adjoins one other unit on one of four walls, so you have quiet from the side as well.
• Private Balcony: It is one of only a very few units with its own separate balcony, accessible from the living room or the master bedroom.
• Pool: The well-maintained grounds include an inviting in-ground pool.
• Pictures: I included pictures from a different unit with furniture, so you see what that looks like. My unit is shown in the pictures without the furniture. My unit has better flooring/cabinetry/lighting/closets, etc.
