Horrible management they could care less about their residence. Kids and adults scream at the top of their lungs. Slamming doors from neighbors feels like an earthquake! Walls are so thin you can here the cars driving by. Hope you own earplugs, you’ll need them when the police and firetrucks go by with sirens which happens quite often. Kids throw rocks or anything they can get their hands on at the resident cars in the cars in the parking lot. Repairs in the apartment and prolonged for months,... even when reminding landlord daily. Last but not least (because there is a. 50 word min) Management increase rent whenever they want to throughout the year. Nothing you can do about it.

New Manager
The new staff is helpful and friendly. Great maintenance man,very nice and helpful. I glad I moved here. The grounds stay cut and clean from trash.
