The perfect place for a young bachelor .. right close to highland park, uptown and oak lawn (if that’s your style).

Excellent team of associates and efficient systems for mailing paired with a studio apartment with it’s own washer & dryer; hard to beat!

The parking garage & whole building is very secure as well.
Only thing that kind’ve sucks is that there’s no elevator but if you’re living in a place like this, you should have no problem hiring movers.

I am writing this review to make potential residents aware of the airplane noise issue that exists in this community. Had I known about this noise issue, I would not have moved here. Overall, Windsor West Lemmon apartments is managed well and well kept. Robert and Julie in the leasing office are truly excellent. However, the fact that this apartment complex was built next to an airport and there was no amount of soundproofing done is very disappointing. I would not recommend this apartment... complex if you are looking for a quiet place to live. I am unable to sleep well at night or enjoy my apartment during the day due to constant loud noise of airplanes flying every 20 minutes, the noise is worse from ~5am to midnight but airplanes can be heard throughout the night as well. I sometimes get woken up at 3am from airplanes. The noise comes in mostly through the windows so I have to sleep in the master closet (away from the windows) to get a good nights sleep. There are good solutions to this problem which involve soundproofing the windows but the apartment has refused to invest in this. I contacted property management about this issue and requested soundproofing of the windows. I even provided them a quote from a local company that specializes in soundproofing using glass window inserts that would not affect uniformity of the apartments but would solve the issue. I’ve been at Windsor west lemmon for about a year and a half. I had nothing but a great experience since living here. The property is well maintained and management is always very responsive. Roy in maintenance is so kind and fixed the few little issues I’ve had quickly! Feels like home!

From the showing of the apartment I was interested in, to helping me get little small things fixed everyone is amazing and helpful. Leasing agents Jasmine and Julie are hands down some of the nicest people I’ve come across when it comes down to apartment hunting. They made it real simple and easy. Quick story I’m gonna make it short and simple. When moving in I couldn’t find a place where I could get a cashiers check, I literally wen to do many places then I went to Walmart but I was running... pretty behind and they closed at 5. I called Jasmine and asked if she could wait for me and she said yes. If it weren’t for her saying yes I would’ve had to wait a whole more day and I didn’t want to do that.
