I had an eviction a couple of years ago, and these apartments were able to approve me with no issues. At first I was unsure because of the reviews, but I can honestly say the management has been great, and maintenance responds quickly. I’m really glad I gave them a chance.

They are filled with rats and roaches !!!! High crime rate!!!!!

Moved in 3 days ago! The apartments are trash literally! Trash is all over the apartment complex! They have boards on the windows and most people have window units! The air does not work ! It's infested with roaches! And it's a wild pack of pit bulls that roam the complex freely.

These apartments are horrid. Countless days of no gas, a whole season with no AC or heat, appliances don’t get fixed for about a month and gunshots every weekend. Honestly living in a tent would be better than these disgusting apartments. It’s unacceptable! People pay too much money to be living like they are homeless. Can’t cook or take a shower this weekend? Are you kidding me? Do yourself a favor and DO NOT RENT HERE! I didn’t want to give one star but there was no option for zero stars.

I applied online for an apt. because I was moving in from out of state. I was told it took over two weeks to clear my paperwork and that I'd "probably get denied" because I was coming from out of state and they didn't think my app. would get approved. Rather than approve or deny me, they never ran the background check or anything else and kept the $450 in deposit and app. Fees and refused to answer the phone for the following months that I kept calling to speak to a mgr. It was unbelievable and... a horrible 1st experience with the city of Dallas where everyone is hustling for a dollar. It was extremely unprofessional and heart breaking.
