Veridian has been a fantastic place to live. The staff is the best I’ve ever dealt with — friendly, professional, and always quick to help. The apartments are very nice, spacious, modern, and well-maintained. Plus, the great school district makes it perfect for families. Highly recommend!

Five stars for Jonathan and Daniel working in the office. I wanted to give this place a 2 star rating, but because of their customer service, I'll rate a 3.
The layout of the apartment is what my roommate and I are looking for. We were told our unit was in the process of a make over (new paint, new carpet, etc.) but the job was rushed and after two weeks, it was not fixed. There were pieces of wood missing from the bedroom door and door frame, and a hole on the wall from the door knob that was... painted over, dead bugs in the kitchen light fixture.
We were also given a reserved parking spot that was apparently reserved for another unit. This unpleasant confrontation was not the welcoming I was expecting while I was in the process of unloading my belongings. I was cursed at, I was asked if I supposedly been living here for a week, where have I been since the spot was vacant. My whereabouts is nobody's business and I calmly explained that this was given to me from the office and we could settle it when the office opens. I was flabbergasted this older couple couldn't handle this like mature adults and sadly, they're our neighbors.

I went to see these apartments on 5/30. The leasing staff was kind, but the apartments aren't worth what they're asking for them. On this website it says the application fee is $50, when I talked to Rosa on the phone she said they were $75, which isn't too far of a jump,so I said okay. A few hours later when I went to tour another lady told me that they were $150 with a $75 admin fee--all non-refundable. That's $250 just to apply. I've been living in luxury apartments downtown since I moved to... Dallas (these are not luxury) and these are by far the highest application/admin fees I've ever been quoted. I don't know if the price suddenly skyrocketed once I got there and they saw I wasn't white or something, but the whole ordeal was sketchy.

Overall these apartments are old. No stainless steel, no quartz or granite, so/so carpet. The drawers in the bathroom of the unit I toured barely opened because they had been painted over so much. I'm pregnant with my first and desperately escaping a domestic violence situation so I would've taken anything immediately, but I will be passing on these, just due to the sudden switch up of fees and the apartments just not being worth it.
