The apartment itself was nice enough, a decent number of maintenance problems with only some getting “fixed”, but the main reason to stay away is they will charge you all sorts of illegitimate fees, not tell you about them after you move out, and then send the fake debt to a debt collector. When you try to call the timbers and talk about the false charges, they will say the manager is busy and never call you back. You are left with either not paying and taking a credit hit, or paying these... crooks (the Timbers) to leave you alone. Now I'm $1200 down in my savings. Not to mention they will have your car towed as much as they want whether you have a parking permit or not. I’m very disappointed with the Timbers. My experience started out so well but their true colors showed not long into my stay. I hope one day they learn the error in their ways and start treating their residents better.

Friendly Staff & Management, Poor Quality
I won't lie. We've been living at this apartment for a little over a year now, and it hasn't come without it's challenges (i.e. Crazy car alarm going off into the wee hours of the morning, laundry stolen from the public laundry rooms, cockroaches in the apartment, etc.) but nonetheless, we've quite enjoyed our stay at the Timbers.
While the stolen laundry was a bummer, everything else is just what you have to expect when living in an apartment. The car alarm complaint was attended to in a... timely manner and management has always been super quick to send help when help is needed. They came by to do pest control as soon as we filed a complaint. Also, the management office has always been quick to offer help when drains needed unclogging OR leaks were found dripping from a bathtub overflow from the upstairs tenant.
1. Packages Kept Safe Our Amazon packages are always kept in a safe place in the management office for us to pick up after work
2. Newly Replaced Window Screens Also, we came home to a beautiful surprise! Our screens covering our windows were recently replaced to provide more sound-proofing to the apartments! Definitely a plus!
Our only complaints:
1. Cabinets in Kitchen Poorly Made The cabinets in the kitchen are way too deep. Definitely NOT helpful when you're wanting to find stuff. I almost always have to go down on my knees and pull everything out before I can find what I'm looking for.
2. Gym Hours Unfortunately, their gym opens at 9am and closes at 6pm. Makes no sense for people who want to work out before or after work.
