SAFETY: It's non existent. Been here for a year +. 5+ car break ins. Multiple Squatters. They didn't hire a security service until one of the squatters literally started a trash fire IN THE APPARTMENT AND HE STILL CAME BACK AND DID IT AGAIN.
RENEWAL: Must provide a 60 days or more notice before leaving. I received pricing for a renewal at 57 days. Math is not adding up surprise surprise.
DOGS: My dog has been scratched, bitten, growled at by multiple other dogs. It... came to the point of me having to bring him to the vet to fix his eye. Never reported it since reporting issues and incidences never go anywhere here.
MAINTANCE: Super nice guys however very slow response time
Please. If you are looking for safety in any form do not move here.

Frequent vehicle break-in’s, little support from management staff
Moved here in June/July and there has been multiple break-in’s; one event had 30+ cars hit.
Management is non-responsive to the concern from many tenants. They will also promise you things but nothing gets done.
Many are already looking at breaking their lease because we have 2 entrances where people can enter, one doesn’t even have a fence at all!
Avoid at all cost; much better options out there.

Don’t move here
We have lived here for just over two months. Over 100 car break ins just in that time period. Both of our cars have been broken into and my truck has been stolen straight out of the parking garage

frequent car break ins
There have been repeated issues with car breakins and the fence around the new building has not been completed despite months of mass breakins. My car along with 30+ others had shattered windows on September 6. This has been happening since at least July 4 and there is still no fence.
