The management since moving in 2 years ago has changed time and time again to the point where I've lost track of how many property managers they've gone through. Each one with it's own share of issues.
First one gave me problems initially moving in and not getting my key. Second one didn't care about the community property at all and let it go unrepaired as well as maintenance being non existent Third was incompetent and seemed to never answer the phone The last one I've dealt with claimed... that I was late on payment when I wasn't and refused to remove the late fee on my account and even went as far as posting a notice to vacate because the late fee wasn't being paid.
The property itself is nice and I have enjoyed my time living there but any dealings with management have been a headache and constant annoyance so if you can get past that then great if not stay away

Great property management and maintenance
I’ve lived here for 3 years, so naturally I’ve seen alot management come and go. But for the last 4-6 months I’ve notice a huge improvement in the level of efficiency in getting stuff done. Our property manager Kim has been amazing. She is a tremendous communicator, accommodating and very diligent worker. The new maintenance guy lee has also hit the ground running in his very short time and I’ve appreciate his customer service and professionalism. Overall highly recommend

Excellent Customer Service
Called this apartment today looking for my daughter an apartment and had the pleasure of speaking with Kwon on the phone. He was so great and super patient with me and all my questions. He even FaceTimes me to walk me through a vacant. I’m just gathering information for my daughter right now but Monroe is my first choice for her. Thank you again Kwon.

I would recommend... (Verified Renter)
I would recommend the neighborhood and the residents make it nice and peaceful. But I wouldn?t recommend due to Rats. I mean if we can get pass this rat issue in my apartment then I would recommend for sure.

I would recommend because it is quiet and in a good location but I would definitely caution everyone about the poor utilities and air/heat, and the exorbitant costs of the utilities due to this complex being 75 years old and never being updated.
