DO NOT MOVE INTO THESE APARTMENTS
The unit has numerous problems. To start, some neighbors are extremely noisy and frequently have parties with loud music and beer, whether at the pool or in the parking lot. Despite charging a monthly fee for pest control, cockroaches are constantly present.
Additionally, there is only one management team for two complexes, making it inefficient. The maintenance staff consists of just one person, who is unable to keep up with the demand. It can take weeks or even months to resolve any issues.

DO NOT RENT HERE!
If you try to email the address on the website it will say that the email doesn’t exist. That should be the first red flag. Try calling the office and it will ring forever and never go to voicemail. Yes they are offering $500 off your first month. But it isn’t worth it trust me. There is a serious insect problem in these apartments roaches, mites bedbugs and fleas. If you have a maintenance issue your request may not be answered for weeks. Maintenance can’t keep up with the building, the trash,... the common areas, or the requests.

DON'T MOVE HERE
This place is already in a bad neighborhood. Trust me little paint on the property and a upgrade on the units does not make it a good place to live. You get fined for everything you do as far as trash and keeping your patio clean. Not a quiet complex either. Loud music all night. Racing through the parking lot all day and night.

Bad management, not hot water, they'll tow your car away, maintenance stinks
