Great Place
I love living here! The community is always clean and the staff is super helpful. We SEE them every morning cleaning the área.

What a dump!
Don’t move here they don’t fix any maintenance problems and the apartments are infested with roaches. If I could give 0 stars I would. They also allow peoples dogs to poop on the fake grass in the courtyard and the other tenants do not clean up after their dogs. The maintenance does not clean it eitherd and we pay a 10 dollar courtyard maintenance fee per month. I’m the one who has to clean it and still pay the 10 dollars. There are major electric problems breaker always switches off to the... whole apartment. I was away and lost all my food because the power box breaker turned off. The laundry room is an absolute mess. If you move here it will be the worst decision of your life. I requested pest control on day 1 now it’s day 22 and still have not heard about any appointment to spray the roaches.

Trashy
Management company does not take care of trash/ recycling. Garbage bags on the grounds and litter other property.

Quiet and Clean Home
We'd been living here almost two years and are very happy. Its a small and quiet complex with good group of people. We like the gated parking + sitting area and nice laundry room. The apartment was redone completely before we moved in. The manager is nice. We recommend the Apollo.
