Roach infested. Hot water heaters burst…occasionally. Which causes apartment flooding. Maintenance men are careless. Mold is covered up by paint. Water sometimes cuts off. We’ve went DAYS without water, city does nothing. Shots are fired every other night - in the apartments! Don’t be fooled by the pictures.
