I do not recommend this condominium at all, the apartments are full of cockroaches, it is a plague, poor customer service, there is no security at my house, they tried to enter, they broke the windows

Been here 90 days now. From day one the hot water boiler system of the property fails to maintain sufficiently real amounts of hot water which is at best lukewarm to just at cold. Onsite management and property management service are aware this issue but from what I am told by longtime residents this has been ongoing for years and is unresolvable from what I am told. because the issue is not being worked on or money invested to resolve the issue a poor rating has to be given and a notice... filling to the city of Dallas notification must givin.

Called for information, IRMA answered and this is how her extremely rude conversation went. "Hi, how can I help you", "I'm good, how are you?" She goes "busy, what can I help you with?" I said, "I'm interested in information for your community" & she goes, "Well I'm busy you'll have to call later" and hung up.
Then we called again to get her name and she started screaming at us, saying we had already called and she isn't available to talk & to call back later. Yeah, no thanks lady you already... started screaming just trying to get information. Don't recommend this place to my worst enemy. Guess the reviews were right, Irma learn some customer service skills because you clearly have NONE. Also, as someone who works in leasing, I would never do business with such a rude person. No wonder your community has such bad reviews.

This new lady is very rude! Everything and everybody was fine including maintenance very cool guys until she came along she rubs us all the wrong way hopefully she's replaced very soon

I loved this apartment before the new manager came along. No one messed with no one everyone minded there buisness and that's all. Now she's here making all these changes that where not necessary. Not to mention how rude and unattentive she is. Wish the previous lady's could come back or someone replace her. These are not luxury apartment why get treated with such rudeness as If they are. As soon as my lease is up I'm done. I would've stayed here for a long time but as along as she's here I'm... not. Like the previous comments there will be roaches.
