Rawlins Chateau is located in Dallas, TX in the 75219 zip code.
The entire complex has been under construction since right after I moved in, which they did not warn me about. M-F 8AM-5PM is just loud workers and construction noise, and it has been that way for 9 months. As a student, it's impossible to study or even enjoy peace and quiet during the day. The unit has updated appliances but is poorly designed - no drawers in the kitchen and only one outlet in the kitchen. No drawers or cabinets in the bathroom - just a sink pedestal. They are also now... advertising a price for the complex that is lower than what I pay now, which is frustrating. Leasing with Patti was not great either, as she forgot about a meeting we made in advance for me to see the unit, and I had to wait for her to finish up with another client at another property. Maintenance is responsive and it's not a bad price for Oak Lawn, but you could probably find better.

Complex throws piles of trash all over the lawn for homeless people to tear apart and make a mess.
