Great location and great neighbors We loved being so close to the park where we can train everyday. Most of our neighbors are friendly and considerate of others.
Communications is very important for the residents and sometimes there is none or late communication.
Our amenities during the summer were not kept up.

Great location! We love living here! The community is welcoming and we feel safe. The administration can do better communicating with the residents. At times we feel that some amenities could be taken better care. Other than that, this is a great place to live. It’s peaceful and the maintenance guys do a great job.

Communication Communication needs to be better. Coming home and seeing the “extra police monitoring sign was not good without alerting residents of this before.
We need a lot more communication in general!

Always helpful The staff here are always kind, helpful, and pleasant. The grounds are clean and the neighborhood is always quiet.
