Best Apartment Complex I've Ever Lived At
I've lived at NUVO Park Place for over 2 years, and I love it! Marilyn & Victoria are super responsive, always ready to answer any questions I have and ensure any maintenance requests are serviced ASAP. They are the best, and I appreciate everything they do to make NUVO a safe and comfortable home for my family. Recently, I told Marilyn my heat was acting a little funny, and before I left the office she'd already submitted the maintenance request. They're amazing!! Thanks, Marilyn and Victoria!!

Quite and Cozy Community

Highly Recommend Nuvo Park Place!
I’ve had such a great experience at Nuvo Park Place! The community feels welcoming and well-maintained, and the staff is always professional, responsive, and genuinely helpful. The apartments are spacious, modern, and thoughtfully designed, making it easy to feel right at home. I also appreciate the convenient location—close to everything I need while still offering a peaceful environment. Overall, Nuvo Park Place has been a wonderful place to live, and I’d highly recommend it to anyone looking... for comfort, convenience, and great service.
