Wrong side of downtown but security is good and I never felt unsafe. Elevators are broken more often than you’d like and I’d recommend living on floor 20 or below. You can hear neighbors a little but I never had issues with it.
Leasing office and front desk employees are mostly polite.
Convenient store and taco shop on the first floor were nice to have.
The pool on the 8th floor is a good spot and probably one of the main reasons to live here.
Very large, nice gym for an apartment gym... .
Concierge is quality and that area is kept clean. The study/work area on the first floor was redone and a good, little used spot.
Interiors are nice. I like our balcony sun room and we were able to have a lot of plants. Had a minor issue with cockroaches due to building age but was quickly taken care of.
If you have an electric car, there’s some normal wall outlets in the garage you can plug into overnight.
The parking garage is the nastiest thing ever. The dog park was moved away from the pool (a plus) and moved on to floor 6. People let their dogs go everywhere in there and in the elevators all the time. People are supposed to be fined and it definitely doesn’t happen… Dead pigeons, bird crap, dog crap, oil spills, it goes on and on. I have been charged between $174 and $443 a month for electricity when I am gone and all of my electronics are offfor 75% of the day. 3 of the 4 elevators are broken most days of the week. The jacuzzi has been broken since I moved in 8 months ago. The gates to the "secure" garage have been broken and wide open for months. The resident office has been used as the leasing office for 4 months while they made renovations. Now that the renovations are done, they closed the resident office. If I could give ZERO stars I would! I currently live here in the Mosaic since August 2022 and I can officially say it's the worse experience I have ever had. I'm a pet friendly person, however I don't like stepping outside of my apartment to the smell of urine and poop EVERY SINGLE DAY, with urine and poop in the halls and on the elevators (unsanitary and health risk)! Since moving here, we have ongoing issue's of phone lines down, broken elevators (CONSTANTLY), just yesterday the water was shut... off ALL DAY and that's not the first time this has happened and on top of that was asked to turn the AC off in the HEAT, I have an elderly Mother that lives with me with health issue's!! Christmas 2022, was a disaster for me and my family because the heat was off. We had to move all of our gifts and personal items to a hotel and had to stay there for a week because the building was FREEZING. Yes the apartments reimbursed me for the hotel stay, however it was still an inconvenience to go through this around the Holidays. To top it all off, we can no longer have groceries or food delivered to our door, we have the inconvenience of having to go downstairs to meet the delivery person (what if I was sick?)... FETCH, what a joke and another inconvenience. I'm starting to hear of cars getting stolen and broken into, how is that possible if the garage is secured?? I pay a lot of money in rent to live here at the Mosaic and its not worth it at all. I have emailed my complaint to the Manager, no help there and I have also called Corporate to speak with the Regional Manager (Travis) with no return phone call to date. My next step is to call an Attorney to see what my options are at this point; I would like to get out of this lease without having to pay the outrageous fees that was quoted to me by the Leasing Manager. Seriously, move along and find another property. Numerous interruptions to a/c, elevators, water, electricity, and false fire alarms at all hours of the night. Stay away.
