LOVE! Can't recommend highly enough!!!
I have been living at the Mondrian for over a year and a half and I cannot speak highly enough of the building, concierge, management, location, maintenance staff, and more. The building is very well maintained, and the cleaning and maintenance staff are so friendly and professional - I enjoy interacting with them in the common areas every day. Maintenance requests are handled quickly, professionally, and thoroughly. The concierge is always helpful and willing to help with a range of tasks from... holding doors, printing documents, assisting visitors, retrieving packages, and more. Parking is easy and safe and the spots are big enough. I will happily continue to live at the Mondrian as long as I am renting an apartment in Dallas!

Local on-site managers are GREAT and respond to tenants....corporate is greedy, money only oriented, continuously writing the rules and policies for their satisfaction, not the tenants.

Front office staff are GREAT, but corporate is rude and tenants are nothing but a number...a cash $$ number! Long term tenants are given 5% to 8% increases annually! Absurd....why have any loyalty for the building when they have none for the tenants?
