New Management came in December and they are evicting people to raise the rent prices. This place is outdated even with renovations and it is infested with both rats and roaches. Go see for yourself. Mice are continually running around on the premises. Would not recommend.

I've lived here for over a year now. The staff is friendly and helpful. The area is safe. The only downside is the living room doesn't have much light. The price of rent has gone up a bit, unfortunately.

I moved into McCallum Highlands five months ago and so far it has been perfect for me. Overall a very average apartment. Not the best, not the worst.

3. Convenient Location (located around many stores)

5. Ample Parking
6. Great Lighting and Ceiling Fans
7. Gated
8. My apartment stays very cool in the summer heat (no ac required)(i haven't lived in it through the winter yet)

Cons:
1. Was extremely... dirty when I moved in
2.Horrible Paint Jobs (spattered paint on mirrors, appliances ect.)
3. No dead-bolt on door
4. Pool is always crowded
5. Noise Echos Through the halls ways (not an issue but just annoying)
6. No natural light (but this also helps keep my apartment cool)
7. Okay Neighbors (someone did steal a package from my front door step...I found the empty box)
