The leasing office's practices are frankly deceptive - pressuring me, a prospective tenant, to provide a $500 deposit on top of my application fees of $250 when I've expressed interest in viewing the property first. Upon deciding I would rather renew my current lease, I learn that this is actually non-refundable - information that was not provided to me until after a deadline stated in the leasing agreement (which I received 4 days later than the deadline). No answer when I call the... office/leasing agent that showed us the property now. I would not recommend Magnolia based solely on this experience.
