First off I’m a huge fan of the security of the building. The entire property is gated and the building itself requires a key code for entry. This beautiful building is tucked away in a quiet neighborhood, The units themselves are so well insulated and the Lamar Loft community so respectful, that you honestly feel like you’re living there by yourself. Featuring Super, tall ceilings, hardwood floors throughout, a modern kitchen and an open spacious floor plan, I love the accessibility of the... laundry rooms on every floor with multiple washers and dryers in each, I never have to wait to do my laundry. This newly remodeled historic property is number one on my favorite departments list. Located in the Cedar market area, there are amenities close by, easily within walking distance. Five out of five stars.

cool place to live
Very clean building, great management and maintenance but very noisy neighbor. Its a no smoking building but always heavy marijuana smell in the hallway.
