I have been living here about 16 plus years now and Since living here these Apartments have been the same now that it’s under new management I’m so impressed on how they are renovating the place , the new renovations are making the property more beautiful than before management is very polite I believe this place is worth it the new appliances are all stainless steel I don’t ever have problems with Maintenance they fix any problems I have in my apartment... This place is honestly a nightmare. It is roach infested, major plumbing issues that cause them to turn the water off at least 2 times a week without notice and then it stays off for 4-12 hours. When I moved in I was told the water cooler cooling the units would be switched to new units by the end of May that still hasn’t happened. Management likes to gossip to other residents when you turn in a notice not to renew a lease and it’s made very clear by the other residents. Nothing ever works properly from the water cooler to the 10+ year old window units they put in your unit when they don’t want to waste time fixing the AC. Gates are not secure, parking is a nightmare, people are always out under covered parking drinking and being loud. Water is constantly turned off without notice. Management has favorites that get priority over all the other tenants. Don’t walk Run away from this place.

But when it comes to the inside major bug problems the pest control came out and sprayed but in in the end I think he was feeding them we have seen more. Had work done on our dishwasher 2 days later everything flooded in the kitchen thank god my Dad came and fixed the leak under the kitchen sink. Have had 2 ac leaks in the past 40 days fixed the leak the second time only to leave the ac useless literally 85 in the... apartment at this moment can’t open windows cause we have no screens. One handicap parking spot on the whole property but don’t think about parking there during business hours you will get a sticker on your car. Office staff has favorites watch out for that. Water is turned off without notifying tenants. Parking is a nightmare you can pay 50 a month for covered parking but if they do work on the covered parking for a week you aren’t discounted for that week.
