Living here feels like being on a reality show where the challenge is “how long can you survive without help?” Broken dishwasher? Check. Trash mountains? Check. Stray cats forming their own government? You bet. And good luck reaching anyone on the phone might as well try smoke signals.

Do not move here. The management constantly changes, and no one ever answers the phone. Maintenance requests are ignored my dishwasher has been broken for months. Trash pickup is unreliable, and stray cats are everywhere. They tow residents’ cars without warning. This place does not care about its tenants.

Horrible customer service when trying to lease, imagine how it is after they've got you hooked to a contract. Main issues were lack of communication (they never once contacted me, I always initiated contact), lack of in-person service (plenty of agents sitting around chit chatting while customers wait), won't honor amount they quote you, and some of the buildings are burned to a crisp and don't seem to have any initiative to repair. Stay away!
