I have lived here going on 4 years & it’s horrible. There has been so many management changes (at least 5) the office staff is always disorganized, the building is always dirty, people leave trash in the halls & all over the place. Advertising is very misleading. The pool is ALWAYS dirty (GREEN). There is no theatre. There is a very small gym with equipment that has been broken since I’ve lived here. Building infested with roaches due to lack of maintenance in common areas & trash from hallways.... There was once community events however due to many management changes they have ceased. The apartments are very dirty and big infested. The fire alarms go off constantly at all hours of the day and night. Only one elevator works and it’s super small. I would not recommend moving here.

Make sure you clarify your monthly expenses and contract they give different people different rates.

Management and leasing are terrible. They do nothing to maintain the property. They are not friendly. They ignore emails and calls. They don’t give you important paperwork. The pool is literally GREEN from being so dirty. AC in my apartment is out and they have done nothing about it. They advertise a spa, pool, movie theater, and gym but there’s no spa and no movie theater. The pool can’t be used because it’s soooo dirty and it’s already summer time! And the gym has only 3 different equipments... with no ac in there. This place is always filthy. All the doors are left wide open for people to just walk in. There’s security here for the office staff but not for the residents who also have safety concerns. If there’s any positive reviews it’s most likely fake because I haven’t spoken to ONE person who lives here that’s happy with the conditions they are living in here. Read More

In the middle of Arts district and Kessler Park...there is lots of shopping restaurants and things to do...great price for a fairly new apartment

The staff makes this a real home for me and mine!! We see them daily working so hard and they always say hi and address any conerns we have. I think its important to remeber they can only do so much and they get frusterations taken out on them for things beyond their scope of work. However, they have mae huge changes in the overall feel of these apartments and have changed the way we all are treated! As well as changes to the property looking good!!
