THEY SCAM HERE

They will make u pay for extra things u should be paying for they make u pay pest control they don’t even provide they pool was always closed till now it’s open but its dirty and green they expect people to swim in it like that… crazy they are unorganized and don’t communicate till they want ur money

TERRIBLE

I have lived here going on 4 years & it’s horrible. There has been so many management changes (at least 5) the office staff is always disorganized, the building is always dirty, people leave trash in the halls & all over the place. Advertising is very misleading. The pool is ALWAYS dirty (GREEN). There is no theatre. There is a very small gym with equipment that has been broken since I’ve lived here. Building infested with roaches due to lack of maintenance in common areas & trash from hallways.... There was once community events however due to many management changes they have ceased. Has the potential to be a great & beautiful community under PROPER management & ownership.

Horrible management and property

The apartments are very dirty and big infested. The fire alarms go off constantly at all hours of the day and night. Only one elevator works and it’s super small. I would not recommend moving here.

Make sure you clarify your monthly expenses and contract they give different people different rates.
