Severely Mismanaged and Hazardous Living Conditions
It appears that the Google listing for this apartment complex may have been removed, possibly due to the volume of negative reviews.
In my experience, this was one of the most poorly managed apartment complexes I’ve ever encountered. I'm writing this review a year after moving out because I feel a responsibility to warn others who might be considering renting here.
During my time living there, I experienced repeated issues: the air conditioning and dishwasher frequently broke down, the sink... regularly backed up, and there was a persistent roach problem. Maintenance requests were often ignored or inadequately addressed.
However, the most serious concern was the presence of mold, which had a significant impact on my health and overall well-being.
I strongly urge potential renters to look elsewhere. This complex has serious issues that go far beyond typical wear and tear, and I would not recommend it to anyone.

Charming apartment with a few downsides
I jumped into renting this apartment after a last minute decision to accept a job offer in Dallas. At first glance it seemed like a great deal under $1000 a month living close to downtown with a decent floor plan... well they do tack on fees that bring the total over $1000 a month.
The courtyard for the property really drew me in, it was adorable and seemed inviting. i found out later that it was infested with spiders and mosquitos.
the apartment itself was pretty great, it was renovated a... few years back so the appliances were not up to date but they were functional. my biggest complaint would be that the water is brown and clearly not usable and there is some safety concern when coming home late at night.
overall i would rent at this apartment again if the rates were not increasing as much. I enjoyed the small complex and the layout of the apartment enough to overlook the other downsides.
