I moved in recently and I have had an amazing experience. Yeta & Diana have been so amazing and helpful. they have made this an amazingly easy process. also, the building is clean and well-maintained. the apartments are really nice and clean and even have gas stoves instead of burners! so far so good! Plus its right in State Thomas and walking distance to everything.

I scheduled a tour of the property and Toni showed me the two floor plans I was interested in. She answered all my questions and made the application process smooth and easy. The property is clean and the neighborhood is quiet along with the tenants. The maintenance requests I've submitted were fixed promptly. There is some airplane noise overhead as the neighborhood and Uptown area in general is underneath the departure path of planes leaving Love Field. But there is little airplane noise... overnight.

I’m very surprised that people are leaving key factors out
Honestly, I would say the big perk of this place is the location. You can walk to pretty much anywhere in uptown. Other than that, this place has a lot of problems in my opinion. The walls are very, very thin, and I’m very surprised that no one has mentioned that. I can hear both neighbors and I can hear the person above me constantly. Residents often leave their trash bags in the hallway, so often that they’re clearly not getting fined for it. The parking garage is small, it’s obviously not... built large enough for the number of residents in the building and half the time I have to park outside in the street. They’ve been remodeling amenities for months and of course the amentity fee has not dropped. So we cannot use them, but we are paying for them. The gym does not have a bathroom near it, you have to go across the building to use the one in the clubhouse, which is currently being remodeled. Which means if you have to use the bathroom while in the gym, good luck walking all the way back to your apartment. There’s no water fountains near the gym either. There are no towels, and the refrigerator in the gym fridge does not work. Do whatever you want with that information.
