Management is horrible and they clearly do not care about their residents or responsibilities. Completely run down in the past 3 years with maintenance doing nothing to fix it! Beyond one of the worst places to live in Dallas

I've lived here for 6 months and there has been a change in management twice. I wouldn't recommend this place even if it were a last option. It's roach infested and you can hear rats running around in the attic. My neighbors are pretty friendly, and its near stores which is convenient.
Parking is first come first serve, staff told me its one care per home, yet that is not enforced. Your car will get towed away for parking in backwards. Your guest pay $3.30 for parking, the Pool is usually... closed, laundry room washers don't work well half the time or are broken, landscaping could be better, maintenance requests are not attend to in a timely manner or disregarded. (Today is 1/1/2021)Maintenance orders online take for ever to be resolved. I made one on Dec.14, 2020 still uncompleted. I even called the office supposedly they are waiting on a part. Also I have informed them I want the pest control guy at my apt every Wednesday since that's when they come out and I'm being charged the $5.00 pest control monthly fee with my rent. Pest control people still don't come and do their job. But the apt is quick to take those $5.00 monthly charged. Smh!!! It seems... like all they care about is your money.

Don’t Move to this apartment My apartment had some repairs back in August and until this day, they haven’t fixed everything they need it to Fix. The manager doesn’t care about the residents. Every time you put a work order it takes them month to do them. Vanessa and Brenda don’t do nothing good for their residents. I was told i was going to get new cabinets covers, and i didn’t. Its the worse apartment complex to move to.

Brenda and Vanessa are the best! They both go beyond for they’re residents and work very hard. When I first toured this complex I never thought I would move in but Brenda sure made me change my mind with her professionalism that I didn’t see any where else she greeted me, offered me water and a tour gave me great information about the area and pointed out a lot of great locations that I did not know there was in the area. As I was getting ready to leave Vanessa walked out introduced her self and... we spoke a while let me tell you this both ladies are great I felt such great positive vibes from them two and I am glad I chose arlo to be my new home!
