I was suppose to move in on a specific days and on that day I wasn’t able to get in contact with anyone at the complex. I moving from 4 hours away! I went up to the office multiple times throughout the day and no one was there. I’ve called numerous times from 12:00pm - 5:00pm. It’s a new day and I still don’t have any information on my move-in! No resolve or nothing.

Unfortunately, due to an unexpected staffing issue on Saturday, 11/30/2024, one of our team members was a no-show, and the rest of the team was out of town for the holiday weekend. This was an oversight on our part, and we deeply regret that it affected your experience. Please be assured that we are taking steps to ensure this does not happen again in the future. We are, however, grateful that we were able to accommodate your move-in date change, update your documents, and provide you with all the necessary move-in items. The complex is poorly maintained. Exits and parking gates are often broken leading to poor security. The complex has an agreement with a predatory towing company that tows vehicles for frivolous reason. The water stinks for no reason.

Lovely place to live
I just moved in about a week ago and am Loving IT !! Periodt. Lol The apartment units are really pretty inside and uniquely crafted. It's very peaceful ?? as well. I love how sometimes I'm the only one working out in the 24hr fitness center. Staff and management are very friendly! The building is brand new and I can't wait to see when it's finished ??!
