My experience living here was unfortunately very disappointing. One of the biggest issues was the cleanliness of the property. The apartment and common areas were frequently dirty, and professional cleaning only seemed to happen every month or two, which was not enough to maintain the property properly.

Another major issue was the construction. There was construction directly outside my window that I was not made aware of before moving in. The constant noise made it extremely difficult to sleep... and significantly affected my overall quality of living.

Security was also a serious concern. The doors were constantly broken, and the garage frequently malfunctioned, allowing people who were not supposed to have access to the property to get inside. This made me feel very uncomfortable and unsafe as a resident.

Overall, I expected a much better experience for the price of living here. Between the lack of cleanliness, unexpected construction, constant maintenance issues, and security concerns, I would strongly encourage anyone considering this property to do their research and ask detailed questions about these issues before signing a lease. Amazing property and excellent management and maintenance staff!

The Abstract is a great apartment in a very safe and quiet area but with the best parts of Dallas really close by.

I just moved in Oct 2024, but it’s been a really pleasant experience. The package delivery service is very convenient. So it the valet trash pick up. Having a parking garage as the weather gets bad is clutch as well! I’m sure there are kids somewhere in these apartments, but in the 2.5 months I’ve been here, it’s so quiet! I love the peace! My unit is equipped with speakers to play music. It’s lovely! And it’s in a perfect location downtown!

Great place to live, from Geoffrey at the office to Jesse at maintenance, they have always taken care of us in a timely and professional manner. Definitely recommend !!!
