the laundry room has been unavailable and locked for 2 months now, before that, it has been a series of problems due to poor maintenance, broken pipes, water leaks, flooded floor everyday, all washer machines broken everyday, no A/C or heater inside, malfunctioning Doors and Windows constant vandalism and drug use inside.

Can’t rave enough about this place! The apartments are amazing inside- we have upgraded appliances and they look awesome. The crown molding is pretty too. Management is outstanding, they usually recognize me when I come in for a package or something and rarely even ask for my apartment number. It’s a small, quiet complex. Maintenance is great- we’ve had a couple of really weird and complicated plumbing problems (we accidentally flushed something down the toilet...long story hahah) and the... maintenance staff is super responsive and friendly. I don’t see bugs here, and I haven’t heard of any break-ins. It’s really close to a ton of fun restaurants, bars, and shops on Montfort and Belt Line, but it’s far enough away that it’s calm and quiet. Only about 5 minutes away from the Galleria.

My only problem with the complex is the parking-if you come home late at night it’s nearly impossible to find a spot. But I’m able to deal with it because of how much I love the complex. Sometimes there are large groups of families at the pool in the summer time that make a little bit of noise, but considering the fact that I live right by the pool, it’s to be expected. Security doesn’t really tolerate super loud music or disturbances, and they’ve been really accommodating when I’ve asked them to tell people to turn the music down.

Again, if it weren’t for the fact that we’re moving to another city (and the fact that the rent increases about $50 when you re-lease) we’d stay here forever. Can’t recommend it enough. I hope we can find a place like this when we move. Read More

These apartments are minutes away from all the action! The maintenance request are handled promptly. The staff is very nice. The rates are reasonable. One of the problems that residents have living here is the parking. It becomes hard to find a parking spot after 9 pm unless you have a cover parking spot.

I love my apartments.. only thing is their prices are getting a little to unreasonable for me.. other than that they are perfect!
